Located in Anhui province in China, Xuancheng Leming Knitting Company Limited was born to have a strong manufacturing cost advantage. Our factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters and has over 300 employees. With over 10 years of experience in cutting and sewing garments, we have developed a wide product range across gender and age groups. This includes sleepwear, beachwear, swimsuits, sportswear, yoga clothes, leggings, kids apparel,jackets, tops and dresses. We are committed to propose optimal solutions to our clients and satisfy their orders. Some of our clients include TJMaxx, Marshalls, Ross, BJs, Burlington, Bealls outlet, and Forman Mills. Certified by Wrap, BSCI, Disney, Sedex, Walgreen, and Walmart, our vision is to challenge world’s stereotype of China’s manufacturing as “low-standard”.
Employees always come the first. We have workers from diverse places yet with the same goal: striving in an unfamiliar city for a better living standard. At Leming, we cultivate workers with high skills and create homelike living conditions. Everyone is provided with free meals and apartments all with air conditioners installed and available all year. The processing workshops are equipped with good air-conditioning as well. We also sponsor team building trips and prepare take-home gift bags so that employees go back town with a sense of pride. Half of our sales and management team members have been with us for more than 10 years and over 90% of our employees have become experienced workers.
